Learning, Adventure & Fun – This 2-day driving class offers professional training in key areas to improve your off road driving abilities. It includes modules from our Essentials, Getting Unstuck, Vehicle Confidence & Advanced Skills classes. This course will improve your precision driving technique to help you avoid getting stuck, and teach you multiple skills to get unstuck. As an added bonus, this class includes an evening trail ride to experience night woodland driving. You may also add-on a Hunter Day Tour at a discount, see below.

Virtual Class: 1.5 hours. Recorded virtual class to be viewed prior to onsite instruction.
Day 1: 6 hours on-site (12pm-5pm) + 1 hour sunset trail ride (8:15pm-9:15pm)
Day 2: 5 hours on-site (9:30am-2:30pm)
Who: This class is an excellent choice for anyone wishing to learn safe, low speed off road driving techniques used in Overlanding and recreational/commercial off road driving. This class is for people with experience levels ranging from none to intermediate.
What’s Covered: This two-day class covers 4 wheel drive systems, vehicle control when driving on woodland and mountain terrain, vehicle spotting and vehicle recovery skills with focus on off-road driving safety. A Friday evening trail ride is included. Students drive on our obstacle courses and navigate our 75-acre trail networks with instructors and guides walking by their side. There are plenty of natural terrain obstacles used as lesson stops along the way. Optional primitive camping Friday night is available.
Vehicle Requirements: Bring your stock (unmodified) or modified 4 wheel drive vehicle with 4-low.  Vehicle must be street legal, registered, insured and drivers must have a valid license.
Vehicle Rentals: Rent a NORA trail rig for the class; contact us to confirm availability before registering. Two day discounted rentals are $275 for a Jeep Grand Cherokee WJ or Cherokee XJ, $375 for a Jeep Wrangler TJ or JK.
Hunter Day Tour Add-On: Take a 2-day Boot Camp class and add on a Hunter Mountain Day Tour for $325 ($25 discount). Select from the drop down dates below and choose the day after Boot Camp or any other tour date. Please provide your own vehicle, we don’t offer rentals at Hunter.
