Wilderness Survival Skills

Learn how to take control in a wilderness survival situation as you cover the basic needs including finding water, building shelter, building a fire and navigating your way through the wilderness. NORA has teamed up with Captive Audience Prevention Training and Recovery Team (CAPTART) who will teach you what to do in a lost wilderness situation. Learn how to think, make decisions, and act on your own behalf. This workshop will teach you life saving skills and cover equipment use, first aid, shelter, fire, water, signaling, and navigation.

**Dress comfortably for the weather, lessons will be held in indoor training rooms and outdoors on rugged terrain.
