2025 NORA Trail Pass Membership:
Take your off-road training & experiences to the next level!

We are excited to offer NORA’s Trail Pass membership program to NORA Alumni who have taken any driving or recovery training class at NORA’s Ellenville Training Center since 2020. This annual subscription program is priced at $195 per Alumni & family, and offers opportunities for trail drives and discounts on NORA offerings including classes, workshops, driving tours and Overland travel. This is a great way to continue your off-road & Overland education experiences with NORA staff. If you need additional information please contact trailpass@nora4x4.com

Please note this program is separate from the NORA Adventure Club and is offered directly through Northeast Off Road Adventures.

Program benefits:

1. Price Discount on “Coach & Drive” Training – These 4-hour onsite trail driving classes include lessons on the trail with options of intermediate and advanced terrain. Members receive a 30% discount off the regular $395 price per rig for non Trail Pass members. Offered in May, July and Sep. Book early, space is limited on each terrain option. Click on a date below to register, Trail Pass members will enter their member id # at registration to receive the discount.
Additional Savings! Book any Coach & Drive session by March 31, 2025 for a special membership price of $165 per rig. To receive the deeper discount you must register by emailing our program coordinator at trailpass@nora4x4.com
Intermediate Terrain: 10am – 2pm: Sat 5/3, Sun 7/13, Sat 9/27

2. Trail Pass Wheeler’s Weekend w/Night Ride (Sat 7/26 – Sun 7/27) – For Trail Pass members only. Arrive Saturday afternoon and enjoy a catered dinner meal & night ride. Sunday includes a morning workshop & trail ride w/NORA staff. Free onsite overnight camping, or make your own lodging arrangements. Priced at $195 per rig and includes all passengers. 3. Price Discount on Hunter Mtn Driving Tours – 30% discount off the published tour price for Trail Pass members. Lodging not included, space is limited. Trail Pass members will enter their member id # at registration to receive the discount. Click here to see the Hunter tour dates and register.

4. Off-Site Day Trips – NORA will offer at least two staff-guided day trips in 2025 for Trail Pass Members only at public and private off road properties in PA and NY. Participants are responsible to pay property entrance fees with an additional $159 per rig to cover NORA staff and expenses. Space is limited.

5. Price Discount on NORA Overland Excursions – Trail Pass members will request and receive a 10% discount for any Overland Excursion. Some trips will include harder terrain for 4WD only, and some trips will run easier terrain for both 4WD and AWD vehicles. Space is limited.  Register by emailing our program coordinator at trailpass@nora4x4.com

Fri 8/8 – Sun 8/10: Mountain To Mountain (AWD & 4WD Easier Trails)

Fri 10/10 – Sun 10/12:  Ghost Tour (AWD & 4WD Easier Trails)

6. Training Discount – Trail Pass Members will receive a 30% discount on any NORA Public or Private training class / workshop. Discounts will be applied by entering your member id # at registration checkout. See NORA’s offerings in the Course Catalog, and scheduled public classes in the Public Calendar.

7. Vehicle Rental Discount – Trail Pass members receive a 25% discount for any on-site NORA Rental rig (subject to availability). Please email info@nora4x4.com regarding onsite vehicle rentals.

How it works:

1. Fill out the form below and we will confirm your eligibility (completion of 2 or more hours of Ellenville training since 2020).
2. Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will receive an email with program membership info and online invoice.
3. Pay the invoice to receive your membership id# which will be used as your coupon code for discounts on non-member-only offerings.
4. You will receive emails for member-only offerings and can view member exclusive events on NORA’s website. You can reach out anytime to our program coordinator via email: trailpass@nora4x4.com
5. 2025 Annual Fee: $195 through 12/31. Membership purchased in Oct-Dec is valid through 12/31 the following year.
6. Family eligibility is limited to immediate family members, unrelated parties can not share a membership. Driving at a members-only event requires all drivers to have driven at a NORA training class.
   • EXAMPLE: Debbie and her husband Matt both drove at their private training class and receive the same Trail Pass ID. Either may sign up for member-only events as a Driver.
   • EXAMPLE: Peter (driver) and his son Tommy (passenger) participated in a NORA public class while Peter’s daughter Cindy stayed home.  Peter may sign up and drive at a member-only event. Tommy and Cindy are welcome to attend with Peter, however they are not permitted to drive unless they take NORA training as a driver. Peter can sign them up for public or private classes using his discount.
   • EXAMPLE: Todd and Mike are friends and took a NORA class together, both were drivers using Todd’s Jeep. Todd purchases a Trail Pass membership while Mike does not. Mike can not use Todd’s discounts or drive at members-only events. Mike needs to purchase his own Trail Pass membership in order to receive Trail Pass membership benefits.
7. Trail Pass members will receive an annual waiver and registration form to complete that will be good for 1 year and applied to their registered activities. Registration for member-only events will be invoiced with no need to enter additional registration info.
