After training so many students over the past 11 years, a group got together several years ago and formed the club which follows the NORA principles of safe and responsible off roading. This not-for-profit club is managed by volunteer members and hosts several events each year at the NORA Ellenville facility. To join the club you will need to have taken at least 4-hours of NORA Ellenville training, dues are under $50/year. The club’s goals are to offer multiple events per year that will give members the opportunity to wheel at different locations, give back to the community and explore local adventure spots. Rally Training
1. Ralleye Aicha de Gazelles and Rebelle Rally Training

NORA has been training teams participating in the Ralleye Aicha de Gazelles (Morroco) since 2017 and the Rebelle Rally (Nevada & California) since 2021. These events are week-long competitions where 2-person teams of women navigate to checkpoints using elements of maps, compass, time, distance and roadbook. These events are based on precision rather than speed, and a team mindset is critical. These are unique and memorable life-changing experiences that empower participants in many positive ways. NORA training will help you be prepared. We offer training at intro and experienced levels for driving, vehicle maintenance & recovery and navigation related topics at our Ellenville Training Center. While we don’t have giant sand dunes at our Ellenville location, we have led group training trips to Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Michigan and Dunes in Moab to help students prepare for competing in this type of terrain. Contact us to discuss your goals and we will create a customized private training program to help you prepare for your rally adventure.
