NORA offers tour packages that combine premium off-road driving experiences with tours of New York City. We provide vehicles, instructors and guides at our 75-acre private training facility in Ellenville.

Manhattan is only 90 miles away, so you can easily complement your low-speed adrenaline rush with culture and art!

For international travelers from Latin America and Europe, we have partnered with Zohar Tours to coordinate your premium experience. They will handle your groups airline and bus transportation, hotel accommodations and your sight-seeing itinerary. Wheel for two days, then visit iconic landmarks like the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building and Guggenheim Museum. Shop 5th Avenue and enjoy the excitement the New York City night life has to offer. Translators can be arranged for non-English speaking groups.
